Chalk Education is seeking dedicated and resilient tutors to work with students in Warrington up to GCSE level in both Maths and English. This role involves supporting young people who present challenging behaviour, so we are looking for individuals who are confident, patient, and committed to helping students re-engage with learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored tutoring sessions in GCSE-level Maths and/or English
• Support students with challenging behaviour in a calm, structured manner
• Create engaging learning activities suited to individual needs
• Track and report on student progress
• Work closely with Chalk Education and school staff to ensure consistent support

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English up to GCSE level
• Experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students
