Chalk Education is excited to be partnering with a fantastic primary school in Guildford, Surrey, known for its strong, positive relationships between staff, students, and families! We’re looking for a passionate, proactive, and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team and make a real difference in the classroom.

In this role, you’ll support both teachers and students, helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued. You’ll assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons, support small groups or one-to-one sessions, and help every student reach their potential. Above all, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a love for working with children are essential!

The Role: Teaching Assistant

• £90-£95 per day
• Based in Guildford, Surrey

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Clean DBS (we can assist if needed)
• Experience working with children (e.g., classroom support, childcare, tutoring, nursery, sports settings)
• Experience supporting SEND is a bonus but not essential
