Pay Rate £90 per day minimum

Chalk Education are recruiting for a well-known primary school in Hove, East Sussex, who are recruiting for a Speech & Language specialist Teaching Assistant to join their teams from February half term 2023.
Job Description
This Speech & Language teaching assistant role is on a full time basis and will see you working 1:1 with highlighted pupils who require specific support in their learning. You’ll be working under the guidance of the school’s SENDCO who has a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- At least 6 weeks experience working with children and young people
- Ideally have a degree of 2:1 or higher
- Able to work as part of a strong SEN team, liasing with line managers effectively
- Understanding working with SEND learners
Additional requirements:
- References confirming suitability for role
- Commitment to Safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
