Job Description
Chalk Education are recruiting for a qualified teacher to work in a special school in Brighton on a full time, permanent basis. As a teacher in this school, you’ll be delivering lessons to students in KS3 and 4. Our ideal candidate will have an excellent background in teaching and learning and will be able to differentiate teaching techniques to meet the needs of your students. You must also have experience of working with students with additional needs.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- QTS
- Minimum of 1 year experience teaching in KS3 & 4
- Experience of working with pupils with additional needs
- A flexible and adaptable approach to deal with any challenges
- Creative approach to teaching and learning
Additional requirements:
- References confirming suitability for role
- Commitment to Safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
