Chalk Education are recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants to work in a specialist school in the Wirral.
Job Description
You will be required to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, assisting across arrange of lessons and activities. You will work alongside a supportive staff team to ensure a safe and happy learning environment is provided for all students. Alongside the staff you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.
This special school in the Wirral caters for students from KS2 to KS4 who have a range of Special Educational Needs including SEMH (Social Emotional & Mental Health), ADHD and Autism.

To be considered for this role you will need:
- Experience with SEMH, Challenging behaviour
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Dedicated and passionate about education
