A vibrant and welcoming secondary school in Basingstoke is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team!

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be at the heart of helping students succeed by providing tailored support in the classroom. You'll work with individuals and small groups, assisting students with a variety of learning needs, including mild SEND, and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive academically and personally. Whether it's offering one-on-one support, helping in class, or collaborating with teachers and parents, your role will be all about empowering students to be their best selves!

To excel in this role, you'll need experience supporting young people and a clean DBS check. (If you don't have one yet, don't worry — we can help you get it!) Experience working with students with SEND is a huge plus, but it’s not essential. Whether you’ve worked in a classroom setting, tutored or coached sports, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
