Primary Supply Teachers Needed – Flexible Local Work with Chalk Education!

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with QTS looking for flexibility? Chalk Education is seeking Primary Supply Teachers for regular local work, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You’ll manage your own diary, working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and enjoy competitive pay starting at £110 per day for ECTs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons based on provided plans
• Maintain a positive and effective classroom environment
• Support the social and emotional development of students
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a safe, respectful learning space
• Provide feedback on student progress where applicable
• Adapt to different school environments and follow individual school policies
• Commitment to safeguarding

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience working across all year groups and key stages within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the primary school curriculum.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different year groups and teaching styles.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
