Job Description

In this rewarding role, you'll be the key support for a Year 3 pupil with Autism, working on a 1:1 basis. Your mission? To inspire and assist this young learner in both their academic and personal development. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, working closely with the class teacher to tailor support and maintain meticulous records of the student’s progress and achievements.

Your role will also be pivotal in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people within the school.

To Thrive in This Role, You Will Need:

• A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
• Proven experience supporting individuals with Autism.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
