Job Description

We are looking for bright and enthusiastic play workers who have the ability to sing songs and creatively play using educational toys including building blocks, play dough, water, paint and other sensory objects to develop the fine motor skills of children.

Individuals should hold a level 2 or 3 qualification in Child care or as a TA and have some prior experience working within a nursery. You will be required to work term time between the hours of 8.30 am - 3.30 pm and be able to commute to school on time. Individuals will be required to showcase their skills during an observation followed by an interview at the school. You will also be required to work with children that may have special needs including Autism or global learning delay.

  • Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator.
  • Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
  • Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
  • Prior experience within education
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and nursery settings.

  • You will be paid a competitive salary based on £70-£80 a day. This role usually pays around £60-£65

You must have:

  • DBS on the update service or be willing to complete a new one.
