About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Nurturing Teaching Assistant to support children in their educational and emotional development. Your role will be to create a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to children who need extra guidance
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning space, encouraging confidence and independence
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Support children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure every child thrives

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate and patient individual with a nurturing approach
• Experience working with children (classroom experience is a plus!)
• Nurturing Training
• A creative and flexible mindset to adapt to each child’s unique needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
