About the Role:

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students at KS3, KS4, and possibly KS5. You’ll use innovative techniques to demystify mathematical concepts, helping students gain confidence and competence in topics ranging from algebra and geometry to calculus and statistics. Your role will be pivotal in preparing students for exams and instilling a lifelong appreciation for maths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, effective lessons that meet curriculum standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering guidance and support where needed
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each student's success
• Contribute to school life, including involvement in relevant extracurricular activities

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) in Mathematics
• Have experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a plus)
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student achievement
• Show a passion for Maths education and a dedication to helping every student succeed
• Be a proactive team player, willing to contribute to the school community
