About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils’ learning under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress.
• Provide pastoral support to help pupils develop social and emotional skills.
• Assist with classroom routines, setup and general teaching support.
• Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
