We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 4 pupils within a specialist provision in Warrington.

This is a rewarding long-term opportunity for someone with experience in SEND and/or SEMH, or for candidates who bring strong interests or experience in sports or music and are keen to positively engage and motivate young people.

The Role:

• Supporting KS4 students with a range of SEND and SEMH needs
• Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning and behaviour support
• Helping to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
• Using sports, music, or practical activities to build relationships and support engagement
• Supporting both academic and social development

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with SEND and/or SEMH pupils or a strong interest in this area
• Background or keen interest in sports and/or music is highly desirable
• Calm, resilient, and patient approach
• Passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
• Able to commit Monday–Friday during term time
