GCSE Maths & English Tutor – Lymm
£26 per hour | 2 afternoons per week | Long‑term temporary role

Chalk Education is looking for an experienced GCSE-level Maths and English Tutor to support students in the Lymm area. This is a long-term temporary role, working two afternoons per week, ideal for someone who is passionate about helping young learners achieve their academic goals.

About the Role

• Deliver GCSE-level tutoring in Maths and English
• Work with students on a 1:1 or small‑group basis
• Plan and deliver engaging, tailored learning sessions
• Support pupils to build confidence and improve exam outcomes

Requirements

• UK tutoring experience is essential
• QTS, PTLLS, QTLS, or PGCE is desirable
• Strong subject knowledge in GCSE Maths and English
• A patient, encouraging approach to supporting learners
• Reliability and professionalism
