Chalk Education are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at a thriving secondary school in Bracknell. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students, supporting them in achieving their full potential in GCSE English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in GCSE English, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning experiences to meet individual student needs.
• Support students with additional needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and SEN teams to track student progress and provide feedback.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have prior experience working as an LSA or similar role in a secondary school setting.
• Be knowledgeable and confident in supporting GCSE English curriculum content.
• Be passionate about education and committed to fostering student growth and achievement.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
