Chalk Education is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join their team of Exam Invigilators for the Northwich area. This is an excellent opportunity for those with previous exam experience or those looking to gain valuable experience in a school environment.

Working Hours

• 7:30am-3:30pm in exam period
• 8am -4pm outside of exam period

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during exams, ensuring they follow exam protocols and regulations.
• Set up and prepare exam rooms in accordance with the provided guidelines.
• Ensure a calm and orderly environment throughout the exam process.
• Manage any irregularities or issues that may arise during exams, following proper procedures.
• Collect and return exam papers securely and efficiently.

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Have prior exam invigilation experience (preferred but not essential).
• Possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Be punctual, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Additional requirements:

• References confirming suitability for role
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
• Eligibility to work in the UK
