
Description
A PRU school based in the Slough is looking to appoint a English/PSHE LSA for a long term role this spring term. The individual will require previous experience and knowledge of working as a English/PSHE LSA, good behavioural management skills and good at building relationships with student in alternative learning settings. This role is starting after Easter up until July with the view to go permanent from September.
The primary focus is to teach English GCSE English Language and English Literature and Functional Skills English, and to support the Year 11s through their exams this summer with PSHE as a supporting subject.
To be considered for this role:
- Prior experience as a PSHE experience
- Strong behaviour management
- Enthusiastic style of teaching
- Be willing to travel to Slough
- DBS on the update service
