This School is flagship school for children and young people aged 7-19 with emotional, behaviour and mental health needs (SEMH) providing specialist therapeutic, residential and educational support.
We are proud to offer the opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join our dedicated team at the School. This role will form part of the Senior Leadership team within the school and will be integral to the succession of the school.
The successful candidate will be expected to be creative and innovative and drive improvements within education.
You will provide strategic leadership and direction regarding pastoral care and safeguarding within the school, and to hold senior responsibility for our newly opened residential provision. You will have a minimum of 3-years experience within a leadership role, with a strong track record of leading large staff teams.
The successful candidate will have experience leading Ofsted inspections with a minimum of a ‘Good’ outcome.
Responsibilities within this role will also include the development of our staff to ensure they can complete their roles to the highest standard, whilst leading on an ethos of high vigilance around safeguarding and pastoral care for our pupils, whilst continuing to drive the vision of the school.
