We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Computer Science teacher to join Chalk Education in supporting a Secondary Academy in Salford from September 2025. This temporary position will involve teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Computer Science across KS3 and KS4.

• Develop and implement schemes of work that align with the national curriculum.

• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.

• Support students in their learning and development, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Holds a relevant degree and a teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE).

• Has experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4.

• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.

• Is passionate about inspiring students and fostering a love for technology.

• Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
