Chalk Education is recruiting a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Warrington. The role involves providing 1-1 support for pupils with additional needs, helping them build independence, confidence and communication within a supportive class team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with teachers to support pupils with ADHD, SEMH or complex needs.

• Encourage engagement, independence and positive interaction in class.

• Help maintain an inclusive, safe and nurturing learning environment.

• Liaise with staff and professionals to track progress and adjust support.

• Contribute positively to the school community and its values.

Role requirements:

• UK experience supporting children with additional needs (ADHD, SEMH, etc.).

• Proactive, committed and able to use initiative.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Organised, adaptable and enthusiastic about helping children succeed.

• Relevant UK qualifications are desirable but not essential.

• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service
