Are you passionate about helping children learn and grow? Chalk Education is working closely with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Guildford, Surrey, and they are looking for a motivated Classroom Assistant to join their team.

In this role, you will support teachers in creating a positive and inspiring learning environment. Your responsibilities will include working with pupils in small groups or individually, assisting with engaging lesson activities, supporting behaviour management, and helping to ensure every child feels safe, included and encouraged to succeed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children (school-based or similar)
• Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
• Is eligible to work in the UK
• Brings strong communication skills, patience and a proactive approach
• Is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
