About the Role:

As a Business Studies Teacher, you will deliver an innovative and comprehensive curriculum to students at KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5. You’ll use real-world examples to bring subjects like economics, entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance to life, preparing students for both exams and future careers. This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape young minds, instilling valuable business knowledge and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Engage with parents, colleagues, and leadership to support students’ educational journeys
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular opportunities

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) in Business Studies or a related subject
• Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS3 and KS4 (experience at KS5 is a plus)
• Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching, with a commitment to student achievement and personal development
• Be a team player, ready to contribute positively to school life
