An outstanding secondary school in East Finchley (N2) is seeking 2 SEN Learning Support Assistants to provide both classroom and pastoral support for a group of Year 9 pupils exhibiting challenging behaviour.
Job Description
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have a calm nature, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach. You will be expected to go above and beyond to help these pupils thrive in a supportive learning environment. This role involves offering dedicated 1:1 support, running targeted interventions, and delivering regular progress updates to the school SENCO.

Key Details
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Start date: ASAP
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting children with challenging behaviour
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A passion for education and commitment to pupil development
