About the Role

Chalk Education is excited to partner with a provision in Camberley that is committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every student can thrive. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join their team and help students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with SEMH needs both in the classroom and in one-to-one sessions.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons.
• Build positive relationships with students to encourage emotional and social growth.
• Monitor and report on student progress, giving feedback to the teaching team.
• Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and external professionals to implement effective support strategies.
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH or other SEND.
• Confident in managing challenging behaviours calmly and professionally.
• Skilled in implementing positive behaviour support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solving.
• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
