Job Description
Chalk Education are recruiting for a primary school in Crawley, who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a year 4 pupil with additional needs, and learning difficulties. You’ll be required to work as a Teaching Assistant, and have an understanding of supporting those with Autism.
This is a full time Teaching Assistant role, ideally starting as soon as possible. This is a mainstream primary school, with an excellent SEN provision, providing state of the art resources for you to use.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- A minimum of 3 months experience of working with children
- Experience of working with children who have additional learning needs
- Experience in personal care, toileting, wheelchairs
- Secondary school experience preferred
Additional requirements:
- References confirming suitability for role
- Commitment to Safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
